Remove 1 Release Tent, Zanjero Park, Gilbert
At this event we will take down the one tent built March 31st. All of the expansion burrows will be opened at this time and all perches for the site will be installed.
Typically the first owl release occurs in the last week of February and then continues through March. Usually 2-3 release tents are constructed per event day and owls are placed inside each tent to build site fidelity. We will need volunteers to help with the release tent construction in the Gila Bend area and possibly other areas of the state where artificial burrows are located.
