I did record the dawn chorus. I went down to the beaver pond
a couple of blocks from my house to record it. Weather was
coming in and it was pretty late in the season. I was not
expecting much of a dawn chorus, but to my surprise there
actually was one. It was a bit subdued, but it happened right on
schedule. Dawn was just a tiny glow in the east and soon snuffed
out by the advancing weather which was already overhead, but the
birds who showed up sang their hearts out for a few minutes.
