Crested Cara Cara Babies and Adult with Snake and Mockingbird Neighbor

Eventually the eggs hatched and two babies can be seen in this photograph. The images appear fuzzy because I took them from so far away. I was afraid to move too close for fear of upsetting the adults or the babies.
This adult is bringing a snake to the nest for the babies. The Mockingbirds were a constant presence around the adults. When the adults showed up the Mockingbirds were right with them. What's a mother to do?
